As a followup to question on VAIO, has anyone worked with VISRE (VISRE--acronym for visual real estate). Jacksonville based group selling "territories" and multi-camera technology that supposedly captures 4,000 properties daily. They sell images to national lenders, AVM's; you share in profits based on orders. Price for a SMSA in Tennessee was approximately $40K. Like VAIO, does not seem to be a very viable business model. This is the 3rd or 4th post I've made on various forums and no one seems to have bought into their program although they have been marketing at trade shows, on internet and doing e-mail and fax promotions. Since this is a Florida group, I am very curious to see if there are any takers in their home state.
