This course is mandatory for all licensed and certified appraisers. This price includes a copy of the 2008 USPAP book and the student manual. This is over a 50 dollar value. Don't be fooled by other schools low prices and than they charge for the book. You can save 30 dollars if you have your own copy of the 2008 USPAP.
