The Institute of Real Estate Studies was founded to meet the needs of real estate professionals that are tired of paying high costs for education, or attending courses that don't provide meaningful education.  Unlike many seminar providers we are licensed by the State of Florida as a real estate school.  We have classes that help every type of person involved with real estate, or those looking to step into this tremendous profession. 

Currently we are holding events in Florida about the 1004 MC form, the soon to be implimented Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) and how to build an appraisal business which provides non-lender appraisal services.
