No, our founder, Mr. Black has seventeen years experience in real estate education. He has taught for many of the professional organizations, as well as many proprietary schools. He was nominated for NAIFA's National Instructor of the Year in both 2001, 2002 and 2007.

 

Are books extra money?

No, our fees include all course materials.

 

What kind of experience can I expect?

You will be treated as a professional. Materials will not be read to you. Questions are encouraged and fully answered. This is not a situation where you just pay your money and get your hours.

Will we be getting out early?

You paid for a full day's education, and we believe in providing it.

 

What will I need to bring to class?

We encourage all students to bring a notebook or marble composition book for note taking, a calculator, pens, and sharpened pencils.
